In the workshop activities during summer holidays in Baitasi Area Three-dimensional Data Analysis Series, the neighborhood of Baitasi was used as the base for research, with the focus on the application of parameter-enabled designing tools in the designs for high dimensional spaces.

Baitasi Historical and Cultural Preservation Area has been chosen as the place for design and research for the Master postgraduates at HKU Architecture Faculty during their first year’s course in design, who have deeply discussed the possibility of updating and transforming historical preservation areas during the repaid development of modern cities. During the research and analysis that lasted for 16 weeks, 2 drawing-evaluating events were held at Baitasi and HKU on March 12 and June 18 respectively. While conducting the research of the entire Baitasi area, HKU students have finished the designs for 10 residential yards.
