As one of the projects launched against the background of the “Agreement on the Cooperation between Governments in the Field of Sustainable Urban Development” signed by French Housing and Construction Ministry and Energy Ministry and by Chinese Housing and Construction Ministry, the No.429 Yard along Zhaoyudeng road at Baitasi has been determined to be the pilot yard to be repaired and updated in low carbon manner by the two countries of China and French, and a “Marathon Project in a Vigorous Community” is explored and created in this space, to be built into a community-creating platform for the residents in the community to enjoy all kinds of services and enhance their own abilities.
